Due importance has been given to the basic needs of the people, including housing, drinking water, sanitation, road development, healthcare, and the welfare of women and children.

One of our primary objectives is to make effective and prudent use of financial resources and to identify new avenues for increasing revenue. We will strive to strengthen the financial position of the Panchayat through advance collection of revenue, strengthening tax collection, preventing tax leakage, and utilizing alternative financial opportunities such as sponsorship and crowdfunding.

Our Panchayat has always given priority to the empowerment of women. As part of this commitment, we will further strengthen Kudumbashree activities and provide women with the necessary support and training to start self-employment and entrepreneurial ventures. Through these initiatives, we aim to promote women's economic independence and social advancement.

Special attention has also been given to the healthcare sector. Necessary measures will be implemented to improve primary healthcare services, strengthen maternal and child healthcare programmes, and conduct awareness campaigns aimed at preventing lifestyle-related diseases.

By ensuring people's participation in development programmes and promoting transparent and accountable governance, let us work together to take our Panchayat to new heights of development.
